All right. I've been neglecting this blog. That's because I've decided to start a new, topic-focused blog. It's all for fun and silliness, but please come and check it out...

It's called "Parley: To have a discussion, especially with an enemy." Here's my first entry to explain what it's all about:

I'm starting this blog as a little experiment.

A few years back, a few of my friends and I played a game we called "Open" over email. It involved one person offering up a thought provoking question, or an "assignment" to spur on interesting responses.

This blog is my attempt to resurrect this game, and let anyone contribute.

Like all "good" bloggers, I've decided to move away from my old blog name based on my actual name... and go towards something more anonymous. I'm now "kt moxie."

Moxie means:

mox·ie ( P ) Pronunciation Key (mks)
n. Slang

The ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage.
Aggressive energy; initiative: “His prose has moxie, though it rushes and stumbles from a pent-up surge” (Patricia Hampl).
Skill; know-how.
Fortitude and determination;

I think the it fits me pretty well. And kt moxie sounds cool. That's a bonus.

Ok. I've done it. I'm a blogger.

John thinks it's a bit narcissistic. He's right. Ah, well. Hopefully I won't say something that I will worry about too much later. Please don't take me too seriously - unless I really mean it. ;)

I hope this will give me a chance to be silly, share my latest achievements or tribulations, or just blow off some steam. And, maybe even keep in touch with friends and family - maybe a few random people. Please feel free to comment back. But - be warned - I do bite.
